Thank you for investing in a Talisman custom Cue Case. By purchasing a Talisman case you are making a decision to own one of the best-built cue cases in the world. We strive to use only the highest quality materials and workmanship available. There’s an old saying we live by, “Quality isn’t expensive; it’s Priceless.”
We have a minimal rate of defect with Talisman custom cue cases. However, life is not perfect and neither are we and sometimes we do slip up. So here is our promise or “Warranty”. Talisman goods are Money-Back Guarantee for the first thirty days after purchase, cases must be returned to seller. After 30 days, we will repair or replace any product, which is defective due to a manufacturing error free of charge for a period of twelve months after the purchase dates. The customer is responsible for shipping the case to and from our repair facility. To organise repairs please contact me via our contact form.
If after 12 months you have a problem with a Talisman cue case, we still need to know about it. You may either take the case to the retailer you purchased it from or return it to us directly. We will figure out what is wrong with the case and advise you how best to correct the problem. We will either repair or switch the defective case for a nominal fee. Talisman cases are guaranteed provided that proof exists of legitimate purchase from an authorized dealer, either with a copy of the original purchase receipt or by having registered the case with us at time of purchase.
How to Order
First off you need to find the product that you are interested in, either cue tips or cue cases. Once you have made you purchase decision enter the qty of that product you require in the “Qty” box and click the button labelled “Add to Shopping Cart”. You will then be transferred to our CCNow card processing service. Here you can confirm your order and then proceed to checkout OR click the button “Continue Shopping” to be returned to our site to choose other products. Click the link “Shopping Cart” at the top of each page when you are ready to proceed to checkout and pay for your order.
Unless otherwise indicated all orders are sent via Registered Airmail from our location in Thailand. Usually you will receive your goods within 10-14 days of placing the order. All shipping costs are included in the prices on show on the web site, I hate web sites where you get to pay and find out they are charging a fortune for shipping. So NO HIDDEN EXTRAS HERE. The price you see is what you pay.
